Logistics & FAQ

Everything you need to know

Date
January 27-28, 2026
Schedule
9 AM - 7 PM
What should I bring?
Bring your laptop! This summit will be hands on and you'll need to have Cursor installed for the workshop. We'll send out more instructions on any setup work you should do ahead of time. While speakers are presenting, we ask that you close laptops to not distract yourself or others, and try to take notes on paper if possible. We will record sessions.
When do I pick up swag?
You'll receive a calendar invite from Brandi Alexandria with a time slot to pick up your swag. Swag will be available for pick up on the 51st floor of the NYT office HQ. Please pick up your swag at the correct time as to not overwhelm the team handing out the swag. If you have any questions, please reach out to Brandi.
Will food be provided at the Summit?
Yes! We will have a full catered lunch on both days, and breakfast will be provided onsite at the Jay Suites on Day 2.
Will there be a team activity this year?
We will not do Chelsea Piers as in years past. This year, we'll have teams split off to do intimate dinners around the city, offering everyone a chance to spend time with their teams and connect with folks who you might not get to see often.
How do I get into the Jay Conference building?

The entrance is on 39th Street. Look for this door:

Jay Conference entrance on 39th Street

Head to the Paris Room on the 2nd floor. There is a lobby area where you can step out to take urgent calls, but there are no additional meeting rooms available for sensitive calls. Plan to head back to the office for any sensitive or high-stakes calls.
